Compared to the metal strain gauge pressure sensor, the semiconductor pressure sensor which uses a single silicon piezo resistor effect has more than fifty times higher sensitivity. It also does not have metal fatigue in the metal diaphragm because a silicon diaphragm is used. This unit is used for a wide variety of applications due to its high reliability.
We manufacture numerous products ranging from silicon water processes to hybrid ICs such as temperature compensation circuits and output amplification circuits. These sensors correspond to the entire pressure range from micro-pressure to high-pressure and contribute to our customer's cost reduction, compact size applications and high accuracy requirements for a variety of production types such as bare chips and sensor modules. Micro-pressure range applications include gas pressure control, washing machine water level control, and filter clogging detection.
